Organic Butter

This shot was again more raw ingredients, which would sit nicely with the cakes, although it was shot in the studio. My tutor suggested using brown paper to make the butter look more urban and home made. I liked this idea cause my work isn’t about brands. I used a light above and reflectors. I shot at F5 so I had enough DOF, this is important so your eyes are drawn to the butter not the parcel or string.
